For those wishing to serve behind the scenes. Open to all Encounter Alumni (must have attended a previous Encounter, TEC, Cursillo or similar retreat).
We NEED individuals that are able to serve the ENTIRE weekend, but we also welcome those who are able to serve partially as a Team Float. Registration is required and placement will be on a case-by-case approval. Of course ALL are invited to serve and support us during Saturday evening and Sunday evening activities with no registration required. |
Leadership Meeting: Sunday, March 9th - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Team Meeting: Saturday, March 22nd - 9 am to 4 pm *All team is required to attend the team meeting in order to work the weekend. Team Meeting: Saturday, March 22nd - 9 am to 4 pm
*Team Floats are requested to attend the Team Meeting and encouraged to be at the Thursday Team Commissioning Service. |
